This submission updates the -/-/- complaint against Renton Collections - Inc. to which I was complaining about Renton Collections attempting to collect a two year-old bill for - Plumbing. I was also complaining that they never provided or mailed me a proof or a copy of the bill I requested or any verification associated with the bill when I first spoke with them on the phone on -/-/-. I had to request a proof of the bill because I am a recent ID Theft Victim, Someone else had filed an Income Tax under my name for -/-/- Tax Year and someone had applied for a credit card using my name and I have been getting a lot of scam calls in my cellphone within the last several months and a mailed copy would prove it 's validity. I did not believe Renton Collections was a legitimate call because the only Plumbing company i remember doing work for me two years ago was with another Plumbing company and not - - Plumbing. Renton Collections never mailed me any proof at all. Instead they reported the unpaid bill to the Credit Bureau on -/-/-. This prompted me to do my own investigation


- Plumbing otherwise i would have paid for it two years ago. They claim they billed me but i never received anything in the mail. I decided to pay the bill for $130.00 - incl. Renton Collections Interest charges ) directly to - - Plumbing that same day. I believe that i was treated unfairly. I have always maintained an excellent Credit rating ( verifiable ) paid my debts on time, never missed a payment, never had a collections and now this Collections from Renton Collections - Inc. has made an impact in my Credit Rating as a result of irresponsible creditors and bad business practice. All i care right now is getting Renton Collections Account be taken off my Credit Record because i never intended this to happen and I believe my rights was violated. I am hoping for a resolution of this problem.
