They call every day sometimes multiple times. I have sent written notification to US Bank not to call. This company refuses to even provide me information on who they are or how to send them written notice to stop calling. I have medical issues that these calls cause -. I have asked them to stop calling and to please just file a lawsuit. They refuse. This latest call they claimed to be US Bank. Come to find out, they are n't US Bank, they are a third party collection agency violating the collection laws. They have sent no communication through the mail identifying themselves. They refuse to give any information as to who they are and flat out refused to give me an address so that I could put them on notice in writing not to call any more. This has gone beyond collections into harrassment just for the fun of it.
