On - -, I discovered an account from Account Services Collections on my credit reports. I contacted them and they agreed to remove this from my reports if I paid the account in full. I paid the account. They sent a receipt and a letter stating that they had requested it be removed from my -, - and - reports. It has not been removed from either - or - as of - -, I disputed the account with - and Account Services Collection verified the account and updated the account to Paid ''. This was not what was agreed upon. They have used false and misleading statements in order to get me to pay this account in violation of the FDCPA.
