After agreeing that they would delete the trade line from the credit reporting bureaus and that I would pay such amounts ( which I did ), I received some written acknowledgments from this companies that the trade lines would be deleted. It 's been several months, and the accounts are still being reported. Account Services Collections, Inc Debt collection false statements or representation impersonated an attorney or official May 29, 2016 - I hired a lawyer to represent me in a divorce case. I pre-paid a significant amount of & gt ; $ - dollars. The lawyer did not perform and was significantly unprepared for my case, missing discovery items, etc.. Extremely poor performance. They lawyer / firm is now charging me for hours that I do not believe are accurate, and I do not believe that the lawyer/firm performed at all. I contacted them and they agreed to remove this from my reports if I paid the account in full. I paid the account. They sent a receipt and a letter stating that they had requested it be removed from my -, - and - reports.
