I paid a debt i was unaware of to the - of - - department. It was from a house i rented five years ago and just recently showed up on my credit report. The collector was unable to actually receive payment so i went and paid in person at the - - - payment window. Now Penn Credit the debt collector and/or the - of - - department are not updating the credit beureau 's that the debt is paid in full!! I have sent - letters and numerous phone calls to each. I even submitted the bank statement showing the transaction paying the city.
