Credit card False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount California

- - continues to pursue this debt that is time barred and created from identity theft on a authorized user. They have a computer generated report ( hearsay information ) with wrong amounts and dates. I have informed them on several occasions, and proven to them that their information is inaccurate and they continue their pursuit. I am now having to go to court. I spoke with their attorney who has given false statements and does not do what he says he 's going to do
