Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Kentucky

I have another company charging me - for medical bills that my insurance is supposed to pay. I have no clue why they are charging me because I havent been to the hospital that many times ... so why are they charging me. Why do I have insurance if it dont take care of medical bills.
