The agent for the company, -, called my references after I was less then 1 week late on making my payment. They only made - attempt to contact me which was by calling my home phone at - when I, like most other people was at work and did not leave a message. When she called my references She gave detailed information as to why she was calling to my references so to embarrass me I assume. They were not given permission to contact or discuss my account or situation with anyone other than myself.
