I was suspicions that this was fraud and a scam, because listed on my vehicle title as a lien-holder was only - - - and the finance adviser at - - never mentioned Santander. I sent notices to both banks demanding for answers. For months, I was unsuccessful in finding clarification. Without a court order or notices my car was illegally repossessed by - on -. About three months later a letter dated for -, was sent by a - specialist, - - she stated that my loan application was declined on -/-/-, and the bank routed my declined application to Santander for approval. I did not authorize this transaction and I was denied the right to declined Santander 's loan offer. Santander illegally repossesses vehicle all the time for a profit.
