On - -, - I charged $990.00 on my Chase Visa for advance services - - - - - - - ; -, MA. I tried to call and make an appointment from - through - of - and utilize the remaining credit - $660.00 out of $990.00. Unable to reach anyone for months by phone, I stopped by the location and found the owner, - -, in a vacant shop with files strewn everywhere. - relayed to me that her co-workers had rerouted the credit card machine and taken advantage of her absentee management. She had to let everyone go and was closing the store. Her attorney called while I was present and she was clearly distraught. I asked her to look for my file and she could not find it. - days later I called Chase Visa 's fraud department and asked the balance I was unable to use ( $660.00 ) be removed since I was unable to collect the services. Chase VIsa sent a postcard months after I filed a claim ( attached. ) Chase Visa did not respond to my request until the following - of -. A rep from Chase Visa called and said


patronize the business, but she would not. She issued me a gift certificate for $660.00 - attached ). The next week, I called to set up an appointment. I got no answer. I dropped in person by again and a huge sign stated Closed for Good '' was posted on the door - attached ). I called Chase Visa fraud on - -, - and told them there was no one to honor the charge. I sent a photo of the closed store and a picture of the gift certificate I was unable to redeem. On - -, - Chase sent me a letter saying the charge would be honored and I had to pay the $660.00.
