Hi cfpb, I am not responsible for this debt to Home Depot, why is it on my report? I never had a credit card with Home Depot, my husband and his son did in 2007 and my husband closed the account due to his son not paying for this card like he said he would. His son should be held responsible for it not my husband who is legally - in 2007 and had to close this account. I never signed anything with Home Depot or anyone else for that credit card. Not mine and should be removed from my report. Thank you.
