I made a ATM deposit on - - at the chase bank atm located on - - -, - Tx -, ATM # -. The ATM experienced a technical problem, and I was not able to see if my deposit was successful or not, and a receipt was printed to me with a number to call. I called the number and they filled a claim and asked me to wait 72 hours, after that, I was told that the claim was denied and there is nothing to do. I filled for a police report and with that, they made a second investigation but it was denied again. Since then, I am trying to get to my money to pay my rent, which is already pass the due date. I am now filling this complaint because there is nothing now my bank want to do to help me and I do not know anywhere else I can go. thanks for the comprehension- - - - -PHONE NUMBER - : -- have attached my DL Id, the ATM receipt, the police report and the email I have received from chanse bank
