Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Alabama
I 've been a customer of Regions bank since 2008 when my mother and I set up an account before I went off to college. Initially when the account was created, we made it very clear that we did not want my account to be overdrawn due to insufficient funds. At - years old I was financially irresponsible and did n't want to risk being penalized a ton of NSF fees so we wanted the debit card to decline '' rather than continuing with the transaction and earning a fee. Due to recurring NSF fee charges on countless occasions, I 've been to Regions Bank multiple times to reiterate that I did not want the overdraft protection '' yet I was still being charged NSF fees when I specifically stated that wanted the card to decline. 2 months ago I visited a local Regions Bank concerning the issue and it was finally resolved with the click of button their computer. I 've been wrongfully charged NSF fees for the past 7 years and I should be compensated for those charges.
