My Chase Bank Credit Card was discharged. Then we started receiving letters from different collection agencies collecting a debt on behalf of Chase Bank U.S.A., NA. Companies like - - - , -, in -, OH -. Then Chase put the debt on my wife 's credit report. The credit card was in my name only. Chase keeps harassing me with calls to my home and cell phone and sending me letters for a 8 year old debt that was discharged.
