JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Around -, I received - credit card offers under my company name - - - from Chase Financial Services. As I was president of the corporation, the cards was in my name as well as the corporations name. All purchases on the cards were company related purchases. No purchases were ever made by me for anything personal. As a result of the financial crises beginning in -, my company, which had been in business for - years ( - ) went bankrupt. Chapter - was granted in - and company was taken over by the trustee. All creditors were notified and released me of debts except for Chase. Chase claims I am personally responsible for the corporate debt even though I never signed any personal guarantees. I have requested over the past several years for them to provide me something, anything, indicating that I have agreed to personal liability. They have refused. What they have done is ruin my credit, increased my borrowing costs and limited my financing options. Please help
