First Niagara Bank Bank account or service department,

I purchased a C.D.from my local bank in the amount of $9000.00. I was told at the time of purchase that the C.D. had an automatic rollover. I put it in a safety deposit box when purchased in 2003 and took it out last week. I went into the local branch where I bought it and they said they had no record of it. They said to check the state treasury which I did to no avail .I then went to the -, the FDIC and finally was told to register a complaint with this office.
