I opened a Chase branded - - Rewards card in 2014. When I signed up for the card I did so due to the current marketing offer that was sent to me for a - point - bonus after the required spend in the - 3 months. I hit the required spend, but I was not given the correct promotional bonus. I called in a couple of months later to notify them and was told that I should see the points show up in the next couple of months. It has now been a year since I first signed up for the card and I have paid my second year 's fee on the card of $390.00, but I still have not received my - - point bonus offer.
