I have been trying to sell my home for - years after being turned down by Chase Bank to help with our monthly payment. After - years of waiting for a buyer we finally have someone that wants to submit a fair offer on the home but Chase 's refusal to provide a copy of the new appraisal is holding up the file. That 's all we need to proceed with the buyer 's offer to Chase Bank. Can you please help with this issue?
