I am not sure this applies but here is what happened ... Today I made a reservation through - for a hotel room in - -, CA. I entered the wrong date and realized my mistake within - minutes and called - to see about a date change. The room was originally - and they wanted an additional - to change the date ( this included the - date change and the rest is the penalty fee ). I went back and looked and of course in the small print it says no changes but I did not notice that while make the reservation. It just seems a bit steep to charge - to change the date of a reservation - minutes after making it. Any help would be great or at least put others on notice so they do not fall for the same thing! - -
