I forgot that I had autopay set up and accidently made an extra payment and Nationstar Mortgage would not issue a refund without a bank statement or having a - bank customer service representative on the other line. - even stated this was unusual and they should have just issued the refund. This causes me to be short on money for groceries, and utility bills for a longer than necessary amount of time as well as causing -
