I have a letter from Green Tree Servicing that my mortgage is entitled for forgiveness. Since I have been calling them, only to hear that they are still working on the lien release. When I called them today, this guy told me that it was n't forgiven and that it is on my best interest to start making payments on the loan, to be able to keep the house. This loan is discharged in bankruptcy and this guy was really pressuring me to make payments.
