Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Hello I did a balance transfer with Well Fargo bank back in - of 2015. The transfer never hit my account to - credit Union.. I have been asking for the amount to be credit back to my card. They told me there was a bank error. The transfer was for $ $700.00. After going to the bank and talking to them every week since -/-/-. They told me it would take 60 days To get the amount credit back to my card. The bank told and - - at the - bank that it was a bank error. They told us it want to the wrong account number. I am still waiting as of today date for the credit back to my card. This is damage my credit score. I have been still paying the card on time. My name is - - - if any question. I need you guys help bad.
