My normal interest only mortgage payments for -/-/- and -/-/- were sent via mail on - -, 2015 and - -, 2015. Both payments were stamped on - -, 2015. I received a letter dated - -, 2015 that says they are returning the checks because they can not apply the payments. No other explanation was provided. I sent an email on - -, 2015 to a Bayview representative which serves as a formal QWR. The email was read on - -, 2015. To date I have received no response nor explanation for my payments being returned along with other issues concerning the servicing of my mortgage. My -/-/- payment was mailed on - -, 2015 and they have not processed nor returned that payment. I am sending the -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/- payments today. Bayview has neglected to answer any of my inquiries and I would like an explanation and correction to the accounting of my loan. Bayview continues to report derogatory information to the credit bureaus while I am current on my loan.
