I originally submitted a claim Case number : - requesting that the credit reporting agency - remove an item on my credit report that the original creditor - ( - ) had resolved as not being my account nor responsibility. In the response - stated that the collection agency LJ Ross Associates states that the debt is valid, whcih is contrary to the information from the creditor in letter dated - -, 2014 which is attached. As the creditor states this is not my responsibility the collection agency can not continue to keep this item on my credit report thereby negatively impacting my credit score.
