Resurgent Capital Services L.P. Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Pennsylvania

I keep getting collection letters from Resurgent Capital in regards to a credit card that to my knowledge I never had. In addition at the bottom of the page they have this by law we have to etc etc. Basically states that if I write a letter disputing they will provide proof. If I do n't the debt will be assumed real. The problem is they leave no mailing address on the bill. When I call they want my social sec # as they say that is protocol and will not give me address. I have went thru this with several reps. I finally got - and she gave me the address which was different then the one that was randomly placed at the top of the letter without a business name, so you were not sure if that was correct. Obviously that address would have never gotten to them ... .HMMMM? The reps name I spoke with was -, she said her last name when she answered but when I asked her to repeat it she would n't.
