I purchased - reloadit packs, now I am unable to access the money on either card. The customer service of both reloadit and blackhawk are not providing any resolution. Reloadit is telling me to go buy a PAyPower card and then they can transfer it. The problem is I have to pay another set up fee, maintenance fee, and transfer fee if I do that. Both customer service are telling me they can escalate the issue which will take 1-3 business days to get a response. I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
