I am the - of a business ( - ). I get phone calls from what is listed on my caller ID as CitiGroup with a phone number of ( - ) -. The call is an automated call that asks to return the call at -. Upon returning the call to inform them that we are a business, I am told that we will be removed from the call list. The call comes multiple times a day but - of those times is right around -. This is the busiest time of the day, any day for us as a -. - of my staff members or myself have to stop assisting our paying customers to answer the phone, in case it is real customer. I have called the company requesting to be removed - times. The last - times, I have spoken to supervisors and they have guaranteed that I would not be called again and our number would be removed from the list. Additionally, the name of the person they tell me they have listed for my number is n't even the last name of anyone I 've ever hired for my business.
