A - dollar home was built in our neighborhood. Prior to people moving in, the house largely burned down, creating a major eye sore for the entire neighborhood. This occurred on - - 2009! And, to date, - - Chase declines to assist in any way to facilitate in assisting the neighborhood clean up this ugly mess seen here on - : - NOTE : I have personally, as well as countless others in my community contacted Chase about help. They say they can not & will not talk to us about this, as we are not the owners. However Chase annually pays the property taxes, not to mention other '' costs, so they have a financial interest in the property. They just do not care enough about the local personal property owners to bring this matter to a close or rectify it by rendering assistance to us!
