In follow up to the complaint-, I have asked Chase to provide me the Appraisal that was done on -/-/- which resulted in the amount shown on my original contract. I have paid for the appraisal and need a copy of it, they have refused to send me a copy or they did not actually perform the appraisal. Each time I request the -/-/- appraisal they will forward me an appraisal that was done on -/-/-.
