Ordered eye glasses from -, supplied Doctors - Received glasses from Marvel but eye glasses did not match prescription. Returned glasses for refund. Marvel offers 365 day refund guarantee which they refused to honor so I disputed charge with Chase cardmember services. Chase must be in conspiring with Marvel as Chase refused to honor the dispute, in violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act, and also refused to investigate the claim against -.
