The - also committed - fraud by billing - after they had been paid by the - - -. I am being harassed because I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. I was an inmate in the - - -. I am not responsible for a $110.00 medical bill. The city of -, Virginia is responsible for this bill. I never received any medical care from the - - -. I am a victim of harassment by The Credit Control Corporation. The Credit Control Corporation is conspiring to defraud and extort money from me for services that were not rendered.. The Credit Control Corporation is also guilty of conspiring with the - - - - to defraud - out of money that was not owed. - paid a claim for services that were already paid by the - - - for services that were not rendered. This is fraud in its most quintessential form. The Credit Control Corporation is violating my civil rights by putting false, inaccurate information on my credit report. There is no record that I ever received any medical care. I never signed any forms or papers requesting services. My signature does n't appear on anything. I was never there.
