Currently we have a - Debt to - - - -, and paying bill monthly. Have taken debt from - to $1000.00 since - 2015. I have not had any indication that my debt had been sold to a third party until today after receiving a hostile phone call from - from -. He said that he was filing a complaint against our credit score for not paying a debt. I told him the amount was wrong, and I have n't received a bill from the new company. He said that did n't matter, I needed to pay immediately. He also said that I had to call the Hospital to get the receipts of my payment. I told him he should have gotten the correct amount and sent me a bill explaining this new process. I also know that if we are making payments on Medical Bills, we should not be sent to collections. He was threatening, unprofessional, and could n't even get his point across.
