I made a mortgage payment to M & T bank on -/-/15 on their online website. On the same day, I made another payment for our escrow shortgage on their online website. I received a confirmation number for - transactions and made printouts of the same. Now I am told I am behind a mortgage payment because I made - payments on the same day so it cancelled out -! The funds were in my account on the day I paid it, I have the confirmation of it and I do n't feel I should now have to pay it. There is NOWHERE on their site that it mentions not being able to make more than - payment a day! What can I do?
