Savings account Account opening, closing, or management Texas
Chase bank closed my savings account,and sent my money to the state of Texas,without my authorization,or even telling me. When I got my monthly statement it was just gone. This is my life savings.They are telling me I have to file a claim with Texas and it may take 3 To 4 months and cost over 500.00 dollars in processing fee. I feel like I am being scammed. Chase has made a huge error and expects me to correct. very unfair and I will never trust them with my money ever again. Big banks don't care who they hurt.
