FHA mortgage Settlement process and costs Florida
I cannot close my short sale without the Assignment of Mortgage from this lender after short sale has been approved on -/-/2015. Me, my realtor and law firm company called Green Tree Servicing and left several messages requesting this to be done but nobody is helping us. My bayer is telling that they will walk away from the house if don't close by -/-/2015.....Not sure what to do !
