Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I notified Dillard's/Wells Fargo Card Services that my payment for - 2015 was late because of severe - in the - area. Dealing with the real life events in -, I overlooked paying my bill. Immediately once things returned to normal I called and made the required payment and even offered to go on Auto-Pay. Dillard's/Wells Fargo card services said they would remove the late credit reporting, but have yet to do so - weeks later. I do not think I should be penalized due to - in my hometown and the fallout from that.
