-/-/2015 I filed a chargeback with Chase bank. On or about -/-/2015 - rejected the chargeback due to fraudulent statements made by the merchant. Currently, the merchant still retains the - in question by violating federal banking laws. Sadly - and chase bank are condoning white-collar crime and attempting to persecute the victim me.Furthermore, Chase Bank has threatened to report me as a negative banking and entity. Inasmuch as it is not true it by itself would be a libelous statement. This should not be allowed.
