The company of Calgary SPV I, LCC are try to collect on an expired debt, the original date of despute of the credit card debt is -/-/-. Original debt was with - credit card. No attempt to try to collect the debt thru court action was made until -/-/-.The company is now making a false statement that I paid a payment of $25.00 which would change the status of the debt from expired to current and they are now filing to garnish my wages ... ..no such payment was ever made.
