LVNV, Resurgent failed to send me a dunning notice before reporting on -, - and -.Which is a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. Furthermore they have the wrong address and have admitted such. They filed a judgement with my county court and the notice to me was returned because they have the incorrect address. These unlawful practices of LVNV is causing a huge hardship financially and emotionally.
