Barclays Credit card department,
On - -, 2015, my commercial bank - confirmed electronic payment to my Barclaycard MasterCard in the sum of $10000.00. It was, however, made to my former Barclaycard account. I spoke with Barclaycard ( some - call center ) who claimed to have opened a case '' on the matter but have not heard anything despite the fact that my - banker also confirmed the payment with Barclaycard directly. Essentially, we have a missing $10000.00.
