As I told Chase Bank, this is not about my record of payment. This is about what I have paid over a period of - years. This was my complaint to the State of Ky. State Attorney General for unfair loan practices. As of this date, I have paid $45000.00. There remains a balance of $ - which will take about - more years to pay off. When this balance is paid off I will have paid $54000.00. Your charge to me is $29000.00 for the use of $25000.00. This is well over 100 % finance charges. I just want to the CFPB what myself and many other people are going through. This is a Home Equity Line of credit.
