Chase mistakenly pulled my credit 3 times during the application process. Chase duplicatively pulled my credit on - -, - - and - -. The rational they have explained is 1 ) they pulled a hard credit pull twice over two days due to lack of coordination 2 ) they then needed to pull again as they mistakenly thought our joint application was for a married couple, it is not. They have acknowledged these errors. I have notified them of my intent to file a formal complaint.
