Since Green Tree Servicing has taken over the servicing of my home loan they have relentlessly called me every time my payment was even a day past due, sometimes - times per day. They have also ( on - occasions ) falsely reported to the credit bureaus that I have been 30 days delinquent on my mortgage. They are difficult to contact and just plain rude when I am able to get hold of someone. I do n't understand how a company such as Green Tree is allowed to operate using such malicious tactics.
