I am dissatisfied with their service because they damage and continue to damage my credit. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by contact them by phone and in written. I have enclosed copies of my records. Include copies of their collection letters and other relevant documents with Balance Discrepancy 's. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
