I work for a Company that does business with - - - -. - provides SPIFF 's as bonuses to the sales people. Money Network is the provider that - uses to distribute these bonuses. In - of this year I received - debit cards from Money Network and I activated them on-line. On -/-/- - made a deposit of $75.00 into - of my cards as a - bonus. -/-/- I attempted to access my bonus funds and had the card declined. I called Money Network and was told that I had to fax a copy of my social security card, drivers license and passport to verify my account. I did not want to do this and sent a request to have - help me and was told by them that I had to deal with Money Network. - would not help or change their policy to send bonuses to an account of my choosing. I called Money Network again and had to fax the documents to them. About a - later, I called Money Network and was told the accounts were still locked because now they needed proof of my physical address. I faxed them a copy of


they had not received the second fax. I asked if I could get an e-mail address to send it and they refused. I asked for a supervisor and was given an e-mail address and sent the bill on the - of -. I called today and my accounts are still locked because the bill is now older than - days. It was dated - - the date of my last delivery and now unacceptable. When this all started it was well within - days and by all accounts is only just over by - days now. I wo n't be getting a propane delivery again until fall. I think I have been more than patient in attempting to access funds that are unquestionably mine. I need to have help in convincing Money Network to unlock my - cards and allow me access to these funds before they start charging monthly maintenance fees. Thank You!!
