Barclays Credit card department,
I contacted Barclay 's bank in regards to them lowering my line of credit after I had made a large payment of $3200.00. I asked the representative ( - - ) if my line of credit could be re-evaluated and he stated We can re-evaluate for some, but not others. '' This statement made me feel that Barclay 's is not lending fairly and consistently to all their card members. When I asked him why that was he just kept repeating the reasons of why my line of credit was lowered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to ( - ), when I asked - why Barclay 's could reevaluate the line of credit for some but not others, her response and excuse for his statement was that it may have been a language barrier due to - being in the -.
