This debt was disputed several times and no response was provided from the collector. I sent certified letters previously and the item was removed from my credit file. Then when the debt was sold to a junk debt purchaser, it was added back to my file. I then disputed it again with the collection agency and they have yet to respond and it has been well over the 30 day limit allowed by law.
