Chase changed the credit limit on the account ending in - in - - after stating that this account ending in - should have been deleted from my credit file during an investigation by the OCC in -/-/-. Yet, this account, which is my original Chase account opened in -/-/- is still being reported as open and active as it should be, but was hidden from me until - - when I called Chase as to why they reported - accounts when I only had -, Chase admitted they had mirrored my original account ending in - and would send me a letter and an apology. Instead Chase told OCC they deleted the call and did not send that letter, but instead sent a letter dated - -, - stating that the - account was still reflecting on my credit file and they were requesting it to be deleted. Afterwords I monitored my Chase credit accounts very closely through -. I was surprised that Chase had changed the credit limit on the account they requested to be deleted. I filed another complaint with cfpb and the result shows on my current - credit report that Chase is reporting this account


in my credit report without issuing me a credit card ending in - and saying that it was upgraded and did n't exist. But, this account does exist as Chase is still reporting it open and active in my - -, - credit report. I paid Chase - payments $7500.00 - because I did not want my credit to be ruined because of Chase 's error. .I am attaching the letter from Chase dated - -, - credit report dated - -, - credit report dated - -, and - credit report dated - -. I would like my credit report to reflect my credit history which I have worked very hard to keep in good faith and good standing. Chase needs to explain why they changed the credit limit on the - account AFTER they requested it to be deleted from - as stated in their letter.. Chase needs to explain why they did not report my credit card ending in - to - and -, alll these years especially since they are reporting it active and open since - with a long good standing history to -. Chase needs to explain why they accepted all the payments I made to them on an account that was mirrored from my original - account and not a real balance.
