You were also given the IRS documentation used for the transmitting of this negotiable instrument. You refusal to cooperate was a personal decision on the part of your corporation. You refused to comply, and now you have sent a repo person to repossess the vehicle under - name which was illegal, unlawful, and dishonorable.
