Received a debt notice -/-/15 for a medical service rendered over 5 years ago. This is the - notice of any debt related to unpaid claims. Deadline of -/-/15 to pay or be reported to credit bureau. Requested proof of the debt. They said they will mail it to me but I wo n't receive it by their deadline. This situation seems like a scam. I called - and was treated rudely each time.
